Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using reliable carriers to ensure your footwear arrives safely.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over $50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn footwear or items without original packaging. This includes all sandals and soccer cleats that show signs of use.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Include your order number and whether you’d like a refund or exchange
  3. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  4. Package your return securely (we recommend using the original box)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchanges

For size exchanges on our hiking, trail, or running shoes:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly indicate you’d like an exchange and specify your new size
  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the original
  • You’ll only be charged if the new item has a different price

Damaged or Defective Items

If your performance footwear arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange a free return and expedited replacement
